No purchase, payment, or financial consideration of any kind is required to enter or win any GhostSweat Contest. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
GhostSweat is a sweepstakes-based fantasy experience set inside the lore of the Echos. All prizes are awarded as sweepstakes prize currency called Souls.
Binding Agreement
By entering or participating in any GhostSweat Contest, you (“Entrant” or “Ghost”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, any additional Contest Mechanics posted for a specific Contest, and all decisions made by Ghost Interactive, LLC (“Sponsor”). All such decisions are final and binding in all respects.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Official Rules:
- “Contest” means any sweepstakes-based fantasy event offered within the GhostSweat experience.
- “Entrant” or “Ghost” means any eligible individual who enters a Contest.
- “Sweat” means free, non-monetary in-game play currency used solely to enter Contests. Sweat may be earned through engagement, logins, quests, or promotions. Sweat cannot be purchased directly for money and has no independent cash value. For internal balancing, 500 Sweat is treated as a $1 notional reference, but Sweat itself is not money.
- “Souls” means sweepstakes prize currency revealed through fixed prize tables and redeemable only at the rate of 5 Souls = $1. Souls cannot be purchased, traded, or sold.
- “Shards” means non-monetary progression energy and cosmetic unlock currency. Shards have no cash value and are used only for visual and progression systems.
- “Echos” refers to the fictional spirit layer described in GhostSweat lore. References to the Echos, spirits, or Ghosts are thematic only and have no legal or financial meaning.
- “Sponsor” means Ghost Interactive, LLC.
- “AMOE” means the Alternate Method of Entry: a mail-in process allowing Entrants to join the Micro Contest without using Sweat.
Eligibility
GhostSweat Contests are open only to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; and
- Are legal residents of the United States; and
- Reside in jurisdictions where sweepstakes participation is not prohibited.
GhostSweat Contests are void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.
Contest Periods
Each Contest begins and ends at the times displayed within the GhostSweat interface (“Contest Period”). The system clock of the GhostSweat platform is the official timekeeper for all Contests.
Mail-in AMOE entries must be received by Sponsor prior to the posted Contest Start Time in order to be eligible for that Contest.
How to Enter
A. Enter Using Sweat (Free Play Currency)
Entrants may use Sweat to enter Contests. Sweat is free play currency earned by interacting with the GhostSweat platform, including (but not limited to) logging in, completing quests, or engaging with content. Sweat cannot be purchased for real money and cannot be redeemed for cash.
B. AMOE — Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In Only)
To receive one (1) free entry into the Micro Contest per person per week without using Sweat, Entrants may participate via physical mail-in as follows:
Mail a handwritten request including:
- Your full legal name
- Your residential mailing address
- Your email address
- A clear photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID
- The handwritten phrase: “GhostSweat Micro Contest AMOE Entry”

AMOE Rules: Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per week. Each AMOE entry must be mailed separately. AMOE entries must be received before the applicable Contest Start Time. AMOE entries are treated identically to Sweat entries and provide the same odds of winning and access to identical prize tables.
Contest Mechanics
GhostSweat overlays a fantasy scoring system onto live-streamed poker games. Entrants do not influence the underlying poker games, which proceed independently in the real world.
Each Entrant:
- Selects two (2) real-world players from the featured live poker stream (“Lineup”).
- Designates one of them as Captain, who earns 2× Shard Points.
As hands are played on stream, Lineup players generate Shard Points based on pre-defined events (e.g., entering a pot, winning a pot, going to showdown). Some players are associated with themed “Ghost Archetypes” that apply additional Shard Point bonuses for specific events (e.g., Aggressor, Shadow, Sentinel, Wildcard, Guardian).
Base Scoring Events (examples):
- VPIP (voluntarily entering a pot): +1
- Win Pot (no showdown): +2
- Showdown Win: +2
- Showdown Loss: +1
- Bluff Shown: +1
- All-In (not called): +2
- All-In (called) – Win: +3
- All-In (called) – Loss: +1
- Small/Medium Pot Win: +2
Archetype Bonuses (examples):
- Aggressor — +1 on any pot won.
- Shadow — +2 on Bluff Shown.
- Sentinel — +1 on Showdown Win.
- Wildcard — +2 on any All-In event.
- Guardian — +1 on Small/Medium Pot Win.
The precise scoring rules and archetype assignments may be updated by Sponsor from time to time for balance and clarity. Such updates will be reflected in the Contest interface.
Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
A. Souls (Sweepstakes Prize Currency)
Prizes are awarded in Souls, GhostSweat’s sweepstakes prize currency. Souls are redeemable only as described in the GhostSweat interface at a fixed rate of:
5 Souls = $1 (one US dollar)
Souls cannot be sold, purchased, bartered, or transferred. Souls have no cash value except as explicitly redeemed under the terms posted by Sponsor.
B. Prize Tables
Each Contest uses a fixed prize table that specifies how many Souls (and/or Sweat/Shards) are awarded for each placement or tier. These prize tables:
- Are determined in advance of each Contest;
- Do not change based on the number of entries;
- Are displayed within the Contest lobby or description.
C. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
ARV for Souls-based prizes is calculated using the fixed conversion rate above. For example, 2 Souls = $0.40 ARV; 250 Souls = $50 ARV.
Any non-Soul prizes (if offered) will include ARV descriptions within the Contest details. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection, Notification & Odds
A. Winner Selection
At the end of each Contest Period, Entrants are ranked based on their final Shard Points, after applying the Captain’s 2× multiplier. Placement on the leaderboard determines which prize tier applies to the Entrant.
In the event of a tie, Sponsor may use predefined tiebreakers or random selection from among tied Entrants, in its sole discretion.
B. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and identity, including via government-issued identification that matches previously submitted information or AMOE documentation. Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Souls will be credited to the winner’s GhostSweat account after verification is complete, subject to any additional redemption requirements posted on the platform.
C. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning any prize in a Contest depend on the total number of eligible entries received (including both Sweat entries and AMOE entries) and the structure of the prize table for that Contest.
Sweat entries and AMOE entries receive identical treatment and identical access to prize tables.
Limitations of Liability
By entering, Entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or delayed mail or AMOE entries;
- Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to interruptions in internet service or platform downtime;
- Errors in scoring, data transmission, or display, except to the minimum extent required by law;
- Any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in a Contest or receipt of any prize;
- Any acts of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events that disrupt or cancel a Contest.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Contest, or these Official Rules, if it determines in its sole discretion that fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of a Contest.
Privacy
Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, as posted on GhostSweat.com (or applicable domain). By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Photocopies of identification submitted via AMOE are used solely for eligibility verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not retained longer than necessary to complete verification.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Official Rules and any disputes related to GhostSweat Contests are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with any Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court or arbitration forum located in [Insert State / County], as determined by Sponsor.

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the relevant Contest Period. Sponsor may provide the winners list in any reasonable form, including digital delivery.
